VIDEO TERMS OF USE STATEMENTS

The International League Against Epilepsy ("ILAE") provides these videos of seizures and epilepsy imitating events via the ILAE EpilepsyDiagnosis.org website for the purposes of improving the diagnosis of epilepsy/epilepsy imitators and furthering education about these conditions.

All intellectual property on EpilepsyDiagnosis.org website, including but not limited to the videos, material or information contained on the website (including without limitation copyrights, trademarks and publicity rights) is and shall remain the property of ILAE or its third party licensors. ILAE grants you limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access the videos for personal online viewing for the purposes of personal education or for group viewing for the purposes of teaching in small group tutorials or in small educational settings. Any such use for small group tutorials or small educational settings must provide an acknowledgement to ILAE as follows:

"Video footage courtesy of International League Against Epilepsy."

Other than the limited personal and educational uses discussed above, all other uses of the videos is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of ILAE, including but not limited to copying the videos from website or any dissemination, commercial or promotional distribution, publishing or exploitation of the videos.
