LANDAU KLEFFNER SYNDROME

Mandatory seizures

Seizures are not mandatory for this syndrome. In 20-30% of cases, no seizures occur. When seen, seizures are typically infrequent (may only occur once), nocturnal and self-limiting (remission is common by 10 years of age).
